Magic Fairy Door Meditation

This is a guided meditation created to support nervous system deactivation allowing less stress, strong emotions, fear, relationship challenges, panic, depression, anxiety, and improve confidence. When the nervous system is balanced (sympathetic and parasympathetic branches) you are in the “driver’s seat,” not reactive, shutdown, or raging. Visualization is a creative process, AND there is no way to do it wrong. The more you practice, the more this strategy will work for you quickly and efficiently in your time of need. Let your creativity juices and mind’s eye manifest an imaginary place where you can be at ease, look at difficult things, or enjoy the experience proactively to ‘Charge your energy battery.’ Consider creating your own Secret Fairy Door to enjoy and as a visual reminder to practice regularly.  Post it in the comment section to inspire and appreciate.
