Amenities:

• Four kayaks – launch them from special PWC docks inside the boathouse.
• Filtered drinking water – a reverse osmosis drinking tap is installed, providing an unlimited supply of pure drinking water. There is a 2 gallon tank with reserve water that takes 1-2 hours to refill.
• Limited fishing gear – pole and some tackle. Sorry, no live bait at this time.
• Shore access for hiking / walking pets.
• Fire pit – please bring your own wood.
• Outdoor table with 4 chairs, in a privacy nook.
• Air conditioning plus heat.
• Fast wifi with Roku device for the television installed in the bedroom.
